All photography is handled by Irving Harris and includes post production. MLS optimized image files will be delivered via digital download. All pricing is valid for real estate agents and includes limited license for the purpose of marketing the property for sale by the client who contracted the photography. Images may not be sold, bartered or given to any other 3rd party. Travel charges will apply for locations greater than 20 minutes from home office. (Chesterfield Co.)

Small Shoot - $150 - 

  • Homes less than 1000 sq. ft. Includes advanced lighting techniques and digital download of files.

Medium Shoot - $170 - 

  • Homes that are 1001-1700 sq. ft. Includes advanced lighting techniques and digital download of files.

Large Shoot - $190 - 

  • Homes that are 1701-2700 sq. ft. Includes advanced lighting techniques and digital download of files.

Estate Shoot - $225 - 

  • Homes that are 2701-3700 sq. ft. Includes advanced lighting techniques and digital download of files.

Custom Shoot

  • Homes 3701+ sq. ft Call 804-276-2679 to discuss your needs.

Exterior Only - $75

  • Up to 10 images of exterior only, including post production. Includes digital download of files.

Elevated Views- add $20

  • Drone like views without drone pricing. Available as an add-on option. 6-10 images.

Twilight photography is created at sundown and can capture some of the best features, they have a very inviting look.

Mileage - I service Va, Md and Washington DC. Mileage is included for properties within 20 minutes of home office.
